Terms of Service

Service and eligibility

Printwell provides AI-assisted digital design drafts, brand workspace features and downloadable files. It does not sell, print, deliver or install physical goods. You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription. Users aged 13–17 may use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission; children under 13 may not use it.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining copies of exported files.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly in USD until cancelled. Shop is $16 monthly or $154 yearly; Studio is $79 monthly or $758 yearly. Subscription design allowances reset each month, do not roll over and are not stored value or transferable credits. Taxes may be added where required.

Stripe or PayPal processes payment in its hosted environment. We do not receive complete card details. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation.

Your proofing responsibility

You must verify dimensions, bleed, safe areas, spelling, prices, contact details, QR destinations, permissions, font and imagery licences and printer requirements before printing or posting. Screen RGB and printed CMYK colours can differ. We do not guarantee printer colour, finishing or production results.

Content and acceptable use

You must have rights to all prompts and uploads. You may not request protected logos, characters, entertainment properties, team identities, public figures or imitations; unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; or output that infringes another person’s rights. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but generation times and provider availability may vary. We may maintain, secure or change features and models. If a material paid feature is permanently removed, applicable cancellation and consumer rights remain available.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, failed print runs caused by unproofed files, third-party rights claims arising from your content, or external printer and platform decisions.

Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, where permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country. Contact support first so we can try to resolve concerns.
